Every Form & Flow order ships from within Australia. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day; everything else leaves the next business day.
- Melbourne metro: typically 1–3 business days
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide metro: typically 2–4 business days
- Everywhere else in Australia: typically 3–7 business days

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee. If the Form & Flow system isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are sent to our Australian returns address — never overseas — and we'll email you the details and a straightforward returns form within one business day of your request.
- Items should be returned in original condition with all components
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the return arriving
- Change-of-mind return postage is covered by the customer; faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you, including postage

Every board is quality-checked before dispatch, and covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If anything fails under normal use — handles, bands, anchors, anything — contact us with a photo and we'll replace the part or the board.
